Search of Missing Persons

The search can be different, as friends and relatives, as well as debtors and "enemies" from the past or present. At the dawn of the practice there was such a story - we were looking for wife, Russian citizen, who escaped from her "tyrant husband" back to Russia from China. The client, of course, gave us all of her addresses and friends, relatives, and was very eager to find her, as she had taken two very young children with her.

The search was difficult - the relatives were very aggressive and we immediately realized that it was impossible to find the fugitive in light variant - perhaps (most probably) the client himself called and threatened which made the wanted mother and sister literally walk backwards and any attempts at surveillance were stopped within an hour. Within a month, all possible addresses were checked and a lot of hours of observation were spent. However, there was no result. Let's not go into details - in the vast expanses of the Internet was found an ad, which filed itself wanted about the purchase of special equipment (under someone else's name, but it does not matter). And even given a mobile number.

Naturally, our agent immediately called and made a favorable offer, which was discussed right in her rented apartment (the woman was uncomfortable to go to a meeting with two children - we understood the situation). The search was completed, but for the client it did not end with anything, as he needed only children. And the order to take them secretly to China was, of course, left without consideration.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

It's usually always a set of activities. Rarely intelligence require only one specific action. Although it also happens - for example, there are often orders for "control purchases" - it is necessary to buy out, for example, cartridges of a certain manufacturer or  construction foam. Further, it is usually all photographed, starting with the packaging (which is also different from the original — actually packaging is a first sign of fake in points of sale) and sent to the client. Which can be based in absolutely different places - from Russia to the USA.  Speaking about Russia, we can remember one case when the customer asked to find out where purchased and at what price the employee who recently separated from his company. He arranged a very solid competition for the client's products in one region. There was an option to track down the cars that were bringing in the goods. But the frequency and volume was unknown - the client thought it was expensive. Well, then we are looking for a company that produces such goods - some Moscow or St. Petersburg, in general, cool for the regions. It's a really existing firm. Further we have fabricated a set of the papers similar to commercial offers from this office, with the same assortment and have come to the unfaithful employee with them, for the purpose to expand a sales network through his shop. Naturally, the purchase prices were cool too, but offered exclusive representation. The new businessman laughed and said that, - “guys, I'm not ready yet - your prices are not for us».  We asked him what prices he would like, what are the conditions now, and after simple negotiations, got all the prices and the name of the current supplier on paper. We promised to think about how to make a more advantageous offer than current supplier. «Unfortunately», the negotiations did not take place.  On the other hand, our client was satisfied.   

SURVEILLANCE

What can I tell you about the surveillance. Naturally, 90% in people's minds it's an ambush on lovers of wives and husbands. Surveillance as such is almost always part of the investigation. It's either part of the search, or business intelligence when you're watching a competitor's warehouse, and so on. The Agency had an interesting case where we were literally chasing an employee suspected of "betraying" their home firm. What made it so difficult? A jealous wife! Who simultaneously suspected him of cheating on his  family. And it seems to be a lot of stress in the past - most likely she ordered surveillance of him repeatedly. As a result, he very skillfully walked away from the "chase", threw the car in obscure places and even changed clothes! Peak came when he and his mistress (yes, his wife's suspicions were justified), drove into the regular yards and it was impossible to accompany him on transport - he was clearly watching the "tail". Officers on foot surveillance that day have good workout with all sport requirements - ran somewhere ahead, or after or parallel to the car, which was driving, then stopping, then suddenly accelerated, but all within the yards. Along the way, the cars of other officers blocked possible exits to common roads.  It was suggested that this mistress lived here somewhere. So it happened - having thrown his SUV somewhere in the middle of the field with the unfinished building, our guy  escorted the girl to the entrance, not the nearest house. Yes - he looked for the "tail", but did not assume that "tail" could be on foot - there were no cars nearby. By the way, he did not betray his firm (mistress worked in another industry). And what ended there with his wife - not our business.
